Under Pressure — Season 4

Evandro is injured while trying to help a man who has been stabbed. At the hospital, a woman faints at the reception desk. Hungry, her son grabs a sandwich and is restrained by the police.

A pedestrian struck by a car and the vehicle's passengers arrive at the emergency department. Mauro is the new chief. Vera's son steals his mother's prescription pad, and Evandro receives a call from Diana.

Diana arrives with a very sick baby. Everyone suspects the baby is Evandro's. While dealing with urgent cases, the doctors decide the baby needs surgery.

A grandstand collapses, and the injured flood the hospital. Vera discovers that her son has stolen prescription pads. The doctor treats elderly patients with HIV, and Evandro promises to look after Francisco.

A fire causes patients to be transferred. Décio and his boyfriend suffer prejudice and the situation gets out of control. Amidst the chaos, Evandro looks for Francisco.

Carolina and Evandro search for Diana. Despite the damage caused by the fire, a young man arrives at the hospital in critical condition. Vera's son falls ill, and the young man's father confronts the doctor.

Mauro and Vera encounter a family issue involving a patient. Carolina visits Diana, who is depressed. A patient meets another patient via an app and becomes captivated by her.

The doctors treat a cancer patient and a young man who was the victim of a racist prank. Diana wants to see Francisco, but Evandro won't allow it. Carolina helps out, leaving the doctor disappointed.

Carolina goes to Vera's house. At the hospital, Evandro fears losing custody of his son. Mauro runs into the young person suffering from pain due to a medical error. William's condition worsens.

Evandro is taken aback by a witness at the hearing. At the hospital, doctors treat a pregnant young woman who is a victim of sexual abuse and a man with leptospirosis. Mauro asks Vera out.

Shooting victims are taken to the hospital. Evandro is performing surgery when Diana brings her son to say goodbye. Maria is distressed by her grandson's condition.
