The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call — Season 1

Baek Kang-hyuk arrives at Hankuk National University Hospital to vitalize the trauma unit — diving headfirst into a stabbing and a hiking accident.

During a high-risk helicopter rescue, Kang-hyuk and Yang Jae-won attempt surgery mid-air. But, as the two grow fonder, Kang-hyuk clashes with Han Yu-rim.

A multi-car wreck brings critical patients, forcing Kang-hyuk and Jae-won to handle sensitive organ transplants — all while they face internal pushback.

Amid a contentious budget meeting, Kang-hyuk rushes to save a trauma patient close to Jae-won and Yu-rim. He soon hears a dark rumor about his past.

While facing media ridicule, Kang-hyuk confronts a bridge disaster — forcing all hands on deck and leading to Jae-won's first solo emergency surgery.

Even as hospital politics intensify, Kang-hyuk's focus on patients stands firm. Meanwhile, Cheon Jang-mi tries to cheer up a despondent Jae-won.

Facing a malpractice investigation, Kang-hyuk's crisis doubles: save a critical patient and defend his reputation. After, he embarks for a case abroad.

Amid flying bullets, Kang-hyuk leads his team to save a military captain. Upon his return, he suddenly finds his life in the hands of his protégés.
