One Hundred Years of Solitude — Part 2

Identical in looks but different in fates, Aureliano Segundo and Jose Arcadio Segundo forge their own paths as Col. Aureliano decides the world's fate.

Macondo is mesmerized by a new beauty — but everything that blooms must wilt. Aureliano Segundo meets Petra, who unknowingly wanders between two men.

Aureliano Segundo is enamored with Fernanda del Carpio but falls into old ways. A deal is struck. The colonel is honored as the 17 Aurelianos gather.

A new railway connects Macondo to the outside world, but as foreigners settle in, a cruel reality sets in. The Buendías witness a miraculous vanishing.

Upon her return, sparks fly between Meme and Mauricio Babilonia. As love and heat blossom between them, so does Fernanda's rage. A mutiny brews.

Tensions between farmhands and United Fruit Co. break into an all-out massacre that devastates Macondo, its residents and José Arcadio Segundo.

Macondo's death blow takes shape as Fernanda hides another secret, and Úrsula gives her descendants a dire warning. The twins' fate entwines once again.

Aureliano Babilonia and Amaranta Úrsula revel in their rotting paradise. After a century and a birth, a cursed lineage is erased and forgotten.
