Overview

Mehdi, a skilled gambler, finds his life shattered when his treacherous friend Hossein conspires with a woman named Fakhri to cheat him out of a substantial fortune. When Mehdi discovers the deception and confronts Fakhri, he becomes the prime suspect in her murder, a crime secretly committed by Hossein. Wrongfully imprisoned, Mehdi suffers further tragedy when Hossein's advances toward his wife, Batool, lead to her death, leaving their young son Mahmoud alone. Years later, Mahmoud unknowingly becomes involved with Hossein and falls in love with his daughter, Asiye. Meanwhile, after twenty years behind bars, Mehdi returns in disguise, determined to reclaim what was stolen from him and confront the man responsible for destroying his family. As buried identities are revealed and old betrayals resurface, the intertwined lives of the two families culminate in a deadly confrontation.
