I’m just an ordinary lad, but I’ve suddenly come down with something called ‘delayed ejaculation with genital congestion’. Before, mine was a very ordinary M-size at best. But now it’s so huge it’s downright creepy. I’m not bragging, but I’ve got neither money nor women—what on earth am I supposed to do?
