In Lower Canada, around 1850, sisters Augustine and Josephine Wilson suffer from a rare genetic disease that sets them apart from other women. Hunted and perceived as she-wolves, they become the embodiment of rejection and emancipation, until a mysterious destiny leads them to their liberation.
